The "Judge Clemency" via Biden that took place on December 14th, 2024 in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania was more than an indignation. This tragedy of pardoning Judge Michael Conahan, who destroyed so many children's childhoods and their lives, as well as their parents is still ongoing and so traumatic especially by a president with cognitive issues.

    Slam the Gavel welcomes new guest, Brian Chapman to the podcast. Brian Chapman is the author of "Life From My Side, Heart Relationships And Abuse," available on Amazon. Brian discussed that he is a father with sole custody, but didn't know what to do with a system that is supposed to protect his children failed miserably. A shocking story everyone should read, as Brian dealt with abuse issues from the mother of his children. This followed by the pursuit of legal action to protect his children while then learning to find out that this wasn't enough to ensure their, "best interests."
    Brian states, "You think you know someone when you marry them, but that is not the case." We discussed personality disorders and red flags in new relationships and while in the marriage.

    Slam the Gavel welcomes new guest, Marc Fishman. Marc discussed his case that took place in Westchester, NY in front of Judge Michelle Schauer. The disgraceful behaviors of this judge who did not care that Marc had multiple disabilities, put Marc in jail for three weeks all because Marc gave his daughter a gift card so she could order presents from Amazon. Marc has not seen his children since 2019.
    Surviving a false arrest, disability discrimination, police discrimination as well as a six year pending lawsuit is now in front of Federal Judge Nelson Roman: cv-00265-nsr.

    Slam the Gavel welcomes Clarissa Williams and her Aunt Carolyn from Greenville SC to the podcast. Clarissa and her daughter are victims of South Carolina's Department of Social Services (DSS) as well as victims of South Carolina's judicial family court system.
    The system failed Clarissa and her daughter, let them down, when it is their job to serve and protect, and have the best interest of the children/families that they serve. On December 14, 2021 Greenville County kidnapped her then 13 year old daughter from her school and illegally placed her into foster care. Clarissa shares her story.
