Slam the Gavel welcomes Investigative Journalist Richard Luthmann to the podcast. We discussed the case of Monica Ciardi who has been jailed in Essex County, New Jersey Correctional Facility. WHY is this 110 lb. woman STILL jailed over 180 days in Essex County, the seat of Newark NJ, one of worst jail population and not being treated medically? What happened was, Judge Peter Bogaard, in Morris County, NJ, had stated in family court to Monica, "If you don't do what I say, you'll never see your children again." Monica then quoted him on Facebook, but forgot to put the phrase in quotations. Judge Bogaard took it as a "terroristic threat" against his own children. She was then arrested and now jailed unlawfully for exercising her First Amendment rights. Monica is not in good health while she sits in jail at taxpayers expense on the whim of a judge. The family court judges have a habit of not looking at evidence, disregarding Pro Se's and relying on hearsay.

    We discussed Cancel Culture and how it evolved, which explains how society has deteriorated and families being torn apart.

    Slam the Gavel welcomes back Debbie Carroll to the podcast, Debbie was last on Season 5, Episodes 167 and 180. Today we talked about the Frost case:
In 2022, El Paso County in Colorado Springs, Colorado, placed four siblings into the homes of their mother and their aunt.  Both women were living with registered sex offenders.  Three months later, they received a call from the youngest child's school about the boy's terrible physical battering. The Court DID NOT admonish Department of Human Services for their neglectful failure to investigate the women's homes before sending children to them. The judge DID NOT accuse them of reckless child endangerment. 

Instead, the Court congratulated the Department of Human Services for the good job they had done in the emergency situation they handled at the time!

It appears that this judge doesn't know the difference between a safe parent and a crafted scheme to take children from him and put them into a child sex trafficking ring. 

Instead,in December 2024, she terminated the parental rights of  the protective FATHER  of the of the children.  She ignored the fact that he had contacted the pollice more than 15 times in the two years leading up to the department removing the children from him over allegations that were founded to be false. We will be looking at the documents that show that the department engineered a no-fault plea arrangement that was never made by the father, and the criminal records of the perpetrators that were ignored.

    Slam the Gavel welcomes Yvette Baudelaire to the podcast. Her story is of  her 17 year fight against a corrupt family court system, a rigged foster care system, greedy lawyers and unequipped social workers. Yvette has a Master’s Degree, a citizen police academy graduate and a chair for human rights council. Yvette will be enduring one more legal and judicial encounter aiming to protect her son and herself from the very system to was apparently created to protect, at least according to the USA constitution, to say the least.

     Her story is not unique. Across Minnesota, parents are fighting to protect their children to face a system that often silences them in favor of financial interests and incentives. Minnesota’s family courts, rather than serving justice, have in many cases become enablers of trauma, torture and psychological abuse. Yvette’s fight is far from over. Her unwavering determination highlights a pressing question: How many more families must suffer before the system prioritizes children over profit?

We also talked about Marc's federal lawsuit. including a false arrest via Officer Lane Schlesinger in NY state, and Schlesinger's bad behavior which includes hitting a service dog with a baton. More importantly, Schlesinger has caused Marc time with his children by the false arrest.

In PART THREE, Ryan discusses the probability of not getting his daughter back and the heart break this involves. What happens now? Lawsuits. Ryan talked about missing milestones such as birthdays, Christmas, gardening and how she needs to be surrounded by people that make her feel safe and to offer guidance as she enters her teen years. Ryan still has a chance to see her when she is 18.
   All accusations have been proven false as we talked about in a previous podcast, "the generational curse." Ryan explained that he walked out of court because the courts are financing the abuse of other children. Getting his daughter safe is more important to him, the judge is an accessory to the abuse of his daughter and the judge is protecting his ex's boyfriend.
   We also talked about the Kids For Cash scandal in Scranton, Pennsylvania the trafficking of children within the court systems.
