Slam The Gavel welcomes back Amy Palacios to the podcast. Amy was last on the podcast Season 3, Episodes 146, 165 and 179; Season 4, Episodes 134, 145 and 150; Season 5, Episodes 22, 70, 73, 83, 186, 191, 281 and 294. The last time Amy was on we discussed her federal case. There are currently seven lawsuits pending in Cabarrus County.

    Apparently after the August 12th podcast, the judges retaliated, giving Amy an order extremely quickly as they normally take 60 days to respond. It was ANOTHER Gatekeeper Order. Then, on September 9th, 2025 a school bus caught on fire. However where is the money in the budget to replace 25 year old school buses? Perhaps when they fired Shawn Newton for doing his job and getting the county out of the six million dollar debt, that wasn't good enough because they turned around and gave Mike Downs four million dollars who was previously in Shawn Newton's place.  Maybe if they hadn't given him the money, the county could have purchased safe buses for the schools.

    Amy encourages everyone in her county to go to the county commissioners meeting September 15 at 6 PM, and if you want to speak, you must be there at 5:30 PM

     Slam The Gavel welcomes Jackie Sample from DuPage, Illinois to the podcast. Jackie shared what judges have put her through in the state court as well as in the federal level. Jackie was repeatedly and unreasonably threatened with jail by Judge Orel after stating that her spouse filed false financial affidavits and for allowing a reporter to interview her. Judge Orel was forced to retire in December 2024, however still collects a pension.

  Judge Alvarado also threatened Jackie for trying to present an emergency motion and blocked her from speaking. She also issued an unlawful order, then abruptly recused herself after Jackie noted these incidents.

     Another judge, Judge Cerne removed himself from her case after she noted him not allowing her to present her motion, representing her spouse from the bench and so much more.

    Now in a federal lawsuit, Judge Andrea Wood is beginning to follow the same pattern as the judges before her....

     Slam the Gavel welcomes Roy from Chicago to the podcast. He has been trapped in a Cook County Chicago Divorce riddled with corruption. Prior to this happening he and his ex mutually signed a legal Separation Agreement in November of 2019. At that time, March 6, 2020, their NET WORTH was $7.5 million dollars. However his ex's law firm of Hoffenberg and Block has already obtained over $2 million in legal fees and Roy has not even seen or spoken to his once inseparable children who live across the street in FIVE YEARS.

    This law firm judge shopped and found Judge Renee Goldfarb and she froze ALL of Roy's assets. He has received less than 3% of his life's work, $179,800.00 in 5.5 years, $2,700.00/month. He was also forced to move eight times and arrested twice for reporting the judge. Roy was ALSO attacked leaving a restaurant and barely survived with NO THEFT at all, just a SINISTER MESSAGE FROM OUTSIDE INFLUENCES. Not a podcast to be missed.

    Slam the Gavel welcomes Darla Hall to the podcast. Darla Hall came onto the podcast to share the story of her son, Nicholas Hall who was recently sentenced to 21 years in prison in Connecticut. Their nightmare began in 2020 when ALLEGATIONS surfaced just weeks after a custody dispute with his then-wife.

      One alleged victim later confirmed nothing ever happened, yet Nicholas Hall was still prosecuted AND from the very beginning, his case has been marked by conflicts of interest, COLLUSION, improper rulings, suppression of evidence and POWERFUL political CONNECTIONS that cast doubt on the FAIRNESS of his trial.

    In February 2025, Nicholas Hall was convicted on four of six counts, though not on the most serious of charges. On August 14th, he was sentenced and taken into custody despite FIVE YEARS ON BOND WITHOUT INCIDENT, no prior record, and voluntarily passing both psychosexual evaluation and a polygraph. 

     EVIDENCE was mishandled, jury instructions FLAWED, WITNESSES COACHED and DNA methodology IMPROPERLY ADMITTED. Yet his motions for a new trial and bond pending appeal were DENIED.

     Darla Hall is seeking help, anyone who can offer EXPERT ASSISTANCE, legal representation for his APPEAL, or support with bond pending appeal to the Appellate Court. Nicholas Hall's FREEDOM  and TRUTH depend on it.
