Alice in Wonderland is a classical, fantastical tale about the young Alice who follows a rabbit into a magical and strange world filled with unique and whimsical characters. Alice in Wonderland was written by Charles Lutwidge Dodgson (pen name Lewis Carroll) for the daughters of Dodgson's friend. While originally a spoken tale, one of the girls asked Dodgson to write the story down.
