The purpose of this session is for one to harbor gratitude, as gratitude is the key to happiness. Practicing gratitude can lead to an increase in optimism, concentration, positivity, connection to others, and improved sleep quality. All of the sessions of The Sleeping Yoga attempt to coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and help participants regain control of their body and mind.
