Sleepy Nature Forecast

A reading from a book called "The Book for people who do too much" by Bradley Trevor Greive... Just an episodic reading for all the fully sick folk out there who maybe need to rest a bit more ... do less ... recover and then bounce back with freshness ... yes

Egg shells for calcium booster pops and crackles metal expanding and timber explodes ...

Just used the podcast record tool ... haven't listened back yet ... rain sounds section ... some birds maybe frogs behind the rain on tin roof ... 7-8am (it automatically stopped recording or would have been longer)

Unedited ... Using Garage Band on iPhone to record ... seems to have some white noise/ static ... may invest in a sound recorder before doing this podcast thing seriously ... anyways hope you enjoy the froggy sounds from the east facing hillside 🐸

The sun has arrived over the horizon... some morning greetings from the birds on the east facing hillside to help you relax into the day

Just a concept freeform ramble when I was awake before dawn ... no editing just pressed record ... august 2021 ... almost a year ago ... have since this episode been diagnosed on the autism spectrum ... coupled with adhd ... I'm well versed in sleep disturbed nights ... anyways thought I'd put this here too ... kinda like a random diary and backstory ... maybe one day it'll all come together in a magnificent chorus of all the things that you really don't have to listen to ... but can if you choose ... hopefully so you zone out ... sleep ... or just get some quiet in your own mind ... almost a year since this ... think it might be soon for a seriously produced and composed episode ... stay tuned to tune out

Birds and slow beats and then just birds ... pretty chill ... makes me feel a bit chill ... beats only go for a small bit at the beginning... just contemplating ideas for this soundscape

Still working this out ... zilcho idea about the tech side of things ... deco could be better edited with fade in and out and levels ... just going to share as is ... I like it somehow been listening for a cpl hours lol enjoy ... just sweet bird sounds for the last few minutes ...

A few minutes of the birds at dawn ... and my now gone rooster Roo Roo joining the chorus at times ... it's a busy time ... August 2021

This is just a trial at a remix with beats ... the bird song's from the hillside and some vocals of myself ... tweaked a bit ... I think it still has a sleepy monotonous vibe ... I'll try develop this concept perhaps
