Part 2 of my interview with Garrett Thomas focuses on Magic Theory, Identity and the Magic Community. He starts out with a story about a comedian that hates magicians because they steal jokes and he says it's true and he blames magic shops. Listen to find out why!

This has been my favorite interview so far. We talked about how magic intertwines with his personal philosophy, identity, and how to live authentically and be vulnerable with an audience. We talked for over an hour so I am going to break this up into two parts.

It's been awhile but the gang is finally back together! Chelsea, Erik and Sebastian get together to talk about what we have been up to... which is just stuff. Erik rails on the Slip Cut Force, Sebastian says he will work for beer and Chelsea creates a new catch phrase, "Go bleep yourself!"

I had the opportunity to talk to Elizabeth Messick, a singer and magician who often incorporates her music into her magic.

I interview Trigg Watson and talk about his experience working as a magician on cruise ships. If you're a magician who has considered this as a job I would highly recommend checking this out! Even if you haven't thought about that I'd still recommend you listen because Trigg offers great insights into perfecting a magic routine.

Chelsea, Erik and Sebastian discuss the first magic trick they ever saw and when they saw real magic for the first time.

Chelsea asks Sebastian and Erik questions viewers sent in. We discuss sleight of hand theory, 2 person acts, comedy magic and creative engineering (which we aren't still sure we know what that means!).

Chelsea Nichole sat down with Pipo at the Trics Convention and talked about his life growing up in Madrid and how he got into magic. Pipo is an engineer and works as an independent contractor while also working and performing as a magician. He got into magic at the age of 25 and before that he played guitar in a band.

Chelsea, Erik and Sebastian finish answering viewers questions and the last question had to do with recent Facebook posts. The first was regarding a Rick Lax status that had called out someone for uploading to YouTube for revealing magicians' methods. The second was Erik's own Facebook status about asking stupid questions in lectures.

Chelsea moderates a discussion with Erik and Sebastian on character development. They cover the following questions: Is character development necessary? How do you develop a character? And is there a difference between a character and a performance style?
