Slice & Dice

It's the thing the entire community is (rightly) up in arms about. Here's what the leak of Wizards of The Coast's proposed Open Game License 1.1 means for us...

We heartily encourage you to stand up for the TTRPG community and sign the open letter to Wizards of The Coast #opendnd https://www.opendnd.games/

(TL;DR - we will be ending all of our D&D-centric content, finish The Manylands campaign and then look at moving to a new system for the next one. We will still have A Slice of Dice interviews and other new exciting things in store!)

In our third fireside chat, Marshall (AKA Leoborin in The Manylands campaign) gives us the lowdown on his TTRPG journey, including a taste of diverse range of game systems he has played (totalling over 100 in one year!) as well as a particularly tasty treat!

In our first edition of our fireside chat, we talk to long-time gamer and friend Rich, who's been playing TTRPGs for over 40 years. There's much fun and nostalgia to be had, so sit back and relax as we chat. Let the nerd-out session begin!

With the Prince seemingly escaped, it's a race against time. Dox has a contact she believe can help find the killer, but she needs Leoborin to accompany her. What follows is truly shocking...

You may note the start of this session is much different to last - no summary of the previous session, no intro video etc... we were plagued with tech issues during the stream and so decided to cut those after the second time of repeating them unsuccessfully!

As Sef hunkers down under a bed, the rest of the party recuperate ahead of their dinner with Prince Bidrekt, heir-apparent to the Maw Throne and The Dragonborn Kingdom. What will they discover, and how does a pewter tankard enter into things?

Whilst invisible Sef sweeps the upstairs for evidence, the rest of the party look to distract the staff of Orexduhn Manor, and perhaps the Prince himself. It'll all be fine, right?!

The investigation leads the party to come face to face with Damon, the Red Mage foe they fought some time ago. But how does this link in with assassination, the Kobold Kingdom... or does it at all?

Recovering from a strange dream, Sef finds he has a new assistant... and red eyes. The party are immediately suspicious, to the point that Breena forces the truth out of him with her wand Irrefutable. This bodes a question of trust...
