Three members of the long-running band The Green Thieves.
SMP is lucky to feature three of Charleston's best.
Local troubadour and concert creator shares his thoughts and experiences with us.
Bass brother from season one's spotlight returns to tell us what he's been up to. We discuss many of Alan's projects and thoughts on having a music career in Charleston, the role of the bass guitar, etc. Too much to list...tons of great knowledge and experiences were shared with us. This is Alan's second appearance on our show, and we were so lucky to be able to sit down with him and chat it up.
SMP's first show back from a much longer-than-expected break is very slightly mighty indeed...our amazingly gifted friend Nick Brewer sets down with us for a fun and wide-ranging interview. LOTS of great music featured on this episode. Thanks for finding us and please SHARE if you can as it is truly the only way people will find out about what we are doing here and help grow this project.

For the last show of this season, SMP is proud to welcome Drifterfest's Lorrie Griggs, Charleston's Ed "Porkchop" Myer, as well as our setting benefactor, Mr. Drew Madden. The show features music from Drifterfest headliner Big Something and Ed Meyer. Too much was discussed to abbreviate here. If you have enjoyed this series please like/comment/subscribe and SHARE.
This week's special return-for-the-first-time guest is one of Charleston's best, Mr. Lee Barbour. Film scoring; songwriting; improvising; living in the moment; creating a "womb-like atmosphere"; Tim Hecker; emotion in music...as well as many other things relative to Lee's art and creative pursuits.
