In this episode I talk about how it's important to evolve and not let anything, whether it's your fitness routine or your relationship, stagnate and stay the same. We all have to constantly change and improve for the best, or else we'll end up in bad situations, whether from fatigue or a lack of care and attention.

No matter how monotonous all of your responsibilities get, you gotta keep moving! You'll regret it if you don't.

Better to get it right eventually than to keep getting it wrong forever. I am surprised how much I still have left to learn sometimes. BUT we all have the privilege of doing what's right, no matter how late to it we are.
