This week I cover how I found, researched and adapted the CAR.O.L algorithm (an approach to cardio-vascular fitness). This is NOT an exercise podcast or episode, though. Instead I explain the algorithm, how it is a form of systems-based thinking and the research behind it.

Then I dig into how and why I adapted it to my own life and circumstances using the Pareto Principle and some sketchy Amazon ordering. :)
