Procrastination, what is it? How to identify it and rectify it? Are there benefits to procrastination?

Some people may say I work better under pressure, so I procrastinate. Or is it a part of the natural process?

Alright Enjoy my S & Bers. Expanding on Ep.6 Management 101, there are a few concepts such as learned helplessness and the bad apple effect that I want to discuss. Also, shed a little light on my opinion of bad managers. Hope you find some helpful hints with this sliver.

Management; can't work with them, can't operate without them. Unless you are born into enough money and have no desire to work we all have managers. I think we all set out to be the best manager we can be but managers get in the way. Spend some time with me while i flesh out different types of managers and where you fit and where you could make some improvements.

Customer service: It eludes some people, but it doesn’t have to be difficult. Listen to my podcast on customer service that simplifies what customer service is and how easy it is to create a staff member that can excel. It’s all about management being present and providing a clear understanding of what their duties are and continued support.

Episode 3 was a complex look into the delivery of food from large and small businesses via Doordash, Uber and Menulog. I found that if I were to continue talking about the downfalls I would have come off as a windger so I though I would just do a bonus track expanding of some of the frustrations and lack on ingenuity.
