In this video, we will discuss why these common fixes miss out on the most important factor when it comes to having a more upright posture. I will show you strategies that work to improve your rounded shoulders. Did you know that a more slouched posture is an efficient strategy to breathe? However, it can lead to negative health effects such as mouth breathing. The legit fix for rounded shoulders is to expand the front of the chest to have a dynamic ribcage.
