You're telling us that Nic Cage and Elijah Wood made a movie about corrupt cops breaking into the bad guy's secret vault hidden in the back of a Las Vegas grocery store. Sign us up! Nic Cage is purposefully weird, Elijah Woods smokes a lot of weed, and Ethan Suplee is scary. So basically they played themselves in this highly watchable dark comedy heist that is more action-adjacent.

The Slugs get out of their comfort zone and tackle a riveting hostage negotiation action thriller set in the apartheid oppression of South Africa in 1980. It's not a perfect film, but it deals with some weighty stuff, and boasts solid direction and performances.
