This week we watched another film by J. A. Bayona, The Impossible. Starring Naomi Watts, Ewan McGregor, and Tom Holland. This film tells the story of a family's struggle to survive and find each other after the 2004 Indian Ocean Tsunami in Thailand. The family is there vacationing for Christmas and the tsunami hits land on Boxing Day. Each member of the family is thrust in a different direction. They must try to find each other amongst the chaos around them.

Typical of a Bayona film, this film is beautifully shot and well acted. Listen to the podcast episode to hear more of our opinions!
