With Greg away, we called in Radio Free Pro Wrestling’s very own Shawn Burkhead to join the show.

After some technical difficulties, we dove into the latest happenings in the wrestling world: the twists and turns in The Bloodline saga, the build-up to the Women’s WarGames match, the ongoing U.S. Title tournament, and Jade’s dramatic downfall. We also explored why so many tag teams just can’t seem to get along and discussed the big return Greg missed—but Brad and Shawn didn’t! (this time)

Hopefully your SmackDown didn’t buffer like Netflix did last night.

We talk some Paul vs Tyson.

We talk about phone calls not being completed.

We talk about Lambos, three ways, and Eli Drake.

After a pre-recorded show last week, your SmackDaddies are back with a new episode.

Tonight we have two major themes, Champa is crazy and the various Bloodlines keep making you want to acknowledge them. We get teased for a war games match, with some participants to be determined. And setup next week with two championship matches and the announcement of a new belt.

Time travel is great. WWE was able to get from Saudi Arabia, to NYC and back to Saudi to be ready for Crown Jewel. Well that’s what they’d have you believe if you followed them on socials and watched their TV.

But in reality, this taped show happened on October 25th.

Your SmackDaddies run down the show, and get you ready for Crown Jewel.

After a busy week, with Brad dodging a divorce, the SmackDaddies sit down to review this week’s show from New York.

We start the show with Randy Orton calling out HHH.

The finals(?) of the Best of Seven between Andrade and Carmelo Hayes with LA Knight as the ref.

We have Candice LaRae and Naomi in a singles match.

We have a Cody/Gunther segment.

And to cap off the show, the Finals of the TKAT (see last week’s show). MCMG vs #DIY leading to MCMG vs Bloodline and the shenanigans that surround that.

I hope you watched this show on delay this week, cause this really was hot garbage but without Chelsea Green.

This week's SmackDown was a filler show with a lot of unnecessary talking segments, a couple of great matches and the introduction of a new team who we know next to nothing about (unless you’re familiar with them from outside WWE).

The full John Oliver Episode with Waffle House Segment is on HBO Max but this article covers it - https://www.thewrap.com/john-oliver-waffle-house-hurricanes/

On a sleepy Saturday morning, Greg and Brad catch you up on their week.

We talk about a 4 match SmackDown which we enjoyed. They’ve setup some great things with this show, but also some things we’re worried about.

Nashville is home of hot chicken, and tonight, it brought us some hot garbage but not a bad show.

We start off with an AJ Promo, Match and (what we believe) an injury angle.

Then the fun starts.

Chelsea Green and Michin in a Dumpster Match was fantastic. The backstage segments after were even better.

The Bailey and Nia segment has us wanting more Tiffy Time.

Naomi and Tiffy had a great match, but not the ending we want.

Finally the ladder match was amazing.

This is the best SmackDown of 2024.

SmackDown rolls into Oklahoma City with 4 matches.

We get a Number One Contender’s Match for the Nia’s title with Bailey and Uno’s new spokesperson Naomi, with a surprising result (at least for us).

In match 272 of their feud we get Andrade and Carmelo again.

Piper Niven and Michin have a match as we prepare for next week’s dumpster match. Brad is hoping we get a surprise return next week… woo woo woo….

And to cap off the night we get Randy Kevin Ortin-Owens vs Bloodline. And just like ever other Bloodline match you’ve seen, it ends the same way…

Next week we’re getting the aforementioned Dumpster Match, AJ Styles return and a Ladder Match (out of nowhere like an RKO).

Stay tuned to the end of this podcast if you want to hear our thoughts on a popular Netflix documentary.

With SmackDown entering its second week on USA network, tonight we’re in California but Georgia is on our minds.

The show kicks off with LA Knight and Andrade facing off for the US Title.

The high point of the show was the cinematic segment of Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes at Bobby Dodd Stadium in Atlanta (Georgia Tech’s field) confronting each other.

We get another Apollo and Vinci match that has the same result as last time.

Greg’s predictions come true (or at least are starting to) in the Naomi/Bayley vs Nia/Tiffy match.

And to cap it off we get another Bloodline vs KO (and Street Profits/DIY) match.
