After originally training in Fashion Design, Esther is now an Apprentice Solicitor at Rands Solicitors, a Family Law Firm based in Wootton, North Lincolnshire.

Esther along with her mum, Sue, and sister, Grainne, set up Rands Solicitors in November 2022 with an aim to provide a family law focused practice run by a family.

Whilst Esther is training to be a Solicitor, she is heavily involved with the growth and success of the business, including the networking.

Cas is a Graphic Designer, Illustrator and Artist with studios in Cornwall and Nottinghamshire. She studied art and design at Falmouth University, graduating with distinction and furthered her education at Coventry University, graduating from her Graphic Design degree with Honours. She owns her own Graphic Design Agency, Flying Lizard Design Ltd and sister Illustration company, Charlotte Anne Studio.  

Inspired by wildlife and all that the countryside and coast have to offer, Charlotte is a multi-media artist using watercolour, acrylic, paper-cutting and digital techniques. She loves nothing more than to sit in a field sketching whatever wildlife comes along and often has as many as 10 or more pieces of artwork on the go in her studio!

As the owner of two companies, she has been busily designing and illustrating for 22 years.

Karen is a veteran of the Live chat sector, previously spending 15 years at Which? The Consumer Rights Organisation, where her passion for digital customer service developed.
