Tony Redondo is the found of Cosmos Currency Exchange.

Cosmos offers a bespoke, pro-active relationship-based, bank account to bank account currency exchange service, for both private and corporate clients. They deal in over 35 currencies to and from over 50 countries around the globe, including the UK, USA, EU, Canada and Australia amongst many other locations.

Being able to network around the world from his office has been very beneficial to Tony.

Matt Holmes is the World Record holder for the longest handshake between two people - you'll have to listen to the episode to find out how long it was!

His company, not surprisingly is called 'Handshaking', but what is surprising is that it has no clients and doesn't sell any services. It's a very interesting concept and it all came about through networking.

Robin Hills is the director of Ei4Change - a training company specialising in Emotional Intelligence.
