I know you can relate to feeling stuck at some point in your life.

Whether it’s becoming a new mom and trying to balance it with your business or career, or wondering why your business ideas just aren’t sticking, that place of feeling stuck can sometimes feel all too familiar.

My guest in this episode is Danielle Vardaro, a proud working mom, Aviation Executive, global speaker, and a champion for women in the workplace.

Danielle is based in Boston, where she resides with her husband, and twin 4-year-old boys (Vance & Xander). When she’s not chasing preschoolers, you can find her on the Peloton, in an airport, or opening a bottle of champagne.

She holds a Masters in Mechanical Engineering and has spent her entire professional career in Aviation. Danielle is currently the Vice President of Worldwide Customer Support & Aftermarket Sales for Commercial Aviation with Embraer where she leads a high-impact global team.

Alongside her day job, she is committed to elevating the impact and presence of women in STE(A)M and is passionate about helping women actualize their full potential.

She created the Unstuck Your Career Bootcamp for busy women on the verge of change, where she coaches women on the tactics, tools and strategies to dial in your purpose, get unstuck, level-up, and love what you do.
