Happy Holidays! It’s the last podcast of 2020! Your fav gals Amy and Alix have a mixed bag of topics for this episode ranging from Christmas carol controversies to Millennials vs Gen Z. With that familiar back and forth banter that our listeners have come to love, we’ve wrapped up our first season of the podcast with a neat little bow.

Episode 8 is all about self care. In some ways this is talked about so much and in other ways it’s not talked about enough! There are many different areas of self care, some you may not have thought about before. Amy and Alix talk about each category and what we do to look after ourselves. How do you rate your self care?
