You need to slow down along your journey to enjoy it all and be present in the moment. There is no point in rushing to get to the end of the task or project or even to get to the peak of the mountain climbing unless you enjoy the journey along the way.

As Miley Cyrus sings about it in "The Climb" song, which is very powerful indeed. 

Yes! Stay focused and in alignment with the endgame for sure, but stop putting yourself on the conveyor belt and rat-run and only focused on achieving it and moving onto the next thing.
