Smoke on the Ohio is upon us! This is our first KCBS sanctioned BBQ cookoff and boy it was fun! We did great considering, check out our Facebook page for results and pictures! 

Team Supreme is back in action!!! Dave, Travis, and Scott are reunited and it feels so good. We are talking about our upcoming, first ever, KCBS sanctioned BBQ cookoff, @Smokeontheohio in Mt. Vernon IN. We are plotting our strategies and having some delicious cigars in the process. From here on we are doing a monthly show for sure and maybe some pop-ups here and there. Hop back on and ride with us on this crazy adventure! 

Texas Sugar is the last rub from #MeatChurch we have and we used it on some chicken breast. I went the extra mile and used it in my bloody mary! let us know on the Facebook page what you think of this rub and if there are any more of his we need to get.

Smoked Fish tacos are on the menu this week for the Rubdown! We use Holy Voodoo from @MeatChurchBBQ on some Alaskan Pollock with @RoyalOakCharcoal and some @Weber Apple Wood Dave and Angie have a surprise special guest pull up and hang out as well.

This week My tag team partner Monte Baldwin helps me sample @MeatChurch Holy Cow on some giant Ribeyes! We talk this and that about some current events and nerd out a bit over some movies and shows.

Join Angie and myself (Dave) this week as I smoke the Rocky Patel Edge Candela and we try Famous Dave's Chicken Rub on The Rubdown! Angie talks about her trip to Crime Con in Nashville and we talk about some other shows we have been watching.

This week we are hanging out pre-herf. Dave and Travis are on the back deck rambling on for a while and smoking a couple great cigars. I hope everyone had a great Fathers Day!

This week The Birdman Dave Clark and Tone Smoke Tony Glasper sample some Woodford Reserve and Woodford Reserve Double Oaked. Pork cutlets with Heath Riles Cherry and Kosmos OP X sauce are on The Rubdown. We also get a visit from my crazy neighbor The Godfather of Soul himself Mr. James Brown pays us a visit and doesn't even realize we have headsets on. 

Dave and Scott do not share the views, opinions, and ideas for the future plans of Travis in Las Vegas! We are just hanging out on the back deck trying to avoid rain and talking nonsense. Join in, light one up, and come hang out.
