This week the dynamic duo of Dave and Scott are back to talk about BBQ, My Monthly Cigars, Louie's BBQ Supply Co., and some stuff in between! We give some thoughts on low n slow vs hot n fast cooking methods and different cookers for those.

Come help us celebrate putting up with Travis for a whole year! We have had ups and downs but we are still around. Big cook today with 3 different racks of ribs with 3 different seasonings. We also revisit the first cigar we smoked on the show.

It's junk food week! All Sauced Up features Zorn Hot Sauce from right here in Southern IL! My Monthly Cigars provides us with a Diesel Wicked across the board and we weren't sure if Travis would live through it but he pulled through. Louie's BBQ Supply Co. does have this sauce available and will ship!

This week we revisit Clark Crew BBQ Jack'd Brisket Rib on some delicious flat iron steak! We talk about some crazy news in the wrestling world and enjoy smokers choice this week! Thank you to My Monthly Cigars, Fah King Good Coffee, and Louie's BBQ Supply Co. as always! 

This week Scott has fired up the Big Green Egg and cooked up some chicken with Heath Riles BBQ Authentic Chicken Rub! We all light up the Kentucky Fire Cured MUWAT from Drew Estates. Come on in, grab a plate, and light one up!

The crud is upon us but it will not stop us! The boys are back together...remotely....talking about all the stuff in between and cooking up plans for the future.

Dave and Travis are trying out a glaze on The Rubdown this week brought to us by Louie's BBQ Supply Co. in Herrin, IL.  Maple Honey Habanero from Heath Riles! We are also smoking a very nice selection from @MyMonthlyCigars and @FahKingGoodCoffee. The new Ryobi heater keeps us toasty in the smoking shed.

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays from SBTA! This week we bring some holiday cheer with Loot N' Booty  Jolly Roger from Louie's BBQ Supply Co. on The Rubdown. Scott made a fantastic tri tip on his Big Green Egg. We have a stand in for one of the guys and he ate half the meat so it must have been great. Dave and Scott smoke the H. Upmann The Banker from this months @MyMonthlyCigars box and we tip back some @FahKingGoodCoffee.

Still no smoking this week....bummer! Next week it is back on though.
