My very Special Guest Today is Author Jim Dries

If a person’s life can be compared to a book of chapters, this man has lived the equivalent of a Tom Clancy series. His life would fill many books, full of adventure and love, with many exciting chapters.

Some read tea leaves. Some read the stars they were born under.

I read the laugh lines around someone's eyes to determine what type of life they may have lived. They are telling, aren’t they? Laugh lines, smile lines on a person’s face…My very special guest today has some GREAT laugh lines. Along with an easy smile, and a deep, genuine laugh.

Jim Dries has published two novels.

He and his wife, actress Carol Swarbrick, also wrote a true story of their romance together. The book is: “Better Late Than Never – A Love Story”.

They also wrote a play together:

Miss Lillian: More Than a President’s Mother.

It was performed across the US and Canada.

The play was later used as the basis for a docudrama that is currently streaming on several platforms, including Amazon Prime.

Jim has taught in Hawaii and New York. He received an award from the Rockland County Bar Association for his work in law education.
