It's Snacktime Live! It's Snacktime Live! On Friday, February 5, 2021, I went live on the Snacktime instagram (@snacktimepod) and tried the Gudetama Salted Egg Yolk Flavor Potato Chips. Soooo yummy! We also did some boopity boop research to find out who exactly Gudetama is, learn about the history of salted egg yolk flavor potato chips, and read some Amazon reviews to find out what other people think of these chips! The Amazon reviews then led us down a rabbit hole of a reviewer named Smitty and his excellent review writing abilities. I also answered questions that Snackers left in the chat of the live! So fun!

In this episode of Snacktime, Marno's friend Kiki joins us and shares her snack: the Cadbury Crunchie Bar! The delightfully sweet and crunchy candy bar is unknown to most Americans, but has a special place in Kiki's heart and her family's traditions. Michelle dives into the history of Crunchie Bars and we find out just how Cadbury gets that crunchy honeycombed sponge toffee center into the delectable milk chocolate coating. The two friends and former co-workers also discuss their time together working as nannies and the snacking antics that ensued.

It's a Snacktime & Chill episode here at Snacktime, and an even specialer one at that! It's a Snacktime Live! On January 22, I went live on the Snacktime instagram (@snacktimepod) and tried three new Trader Joe's snacks: Everything but the Bagel Seasoned Potato Chips (they're kettle!), Hot & Sweet Jalapeńos, and Pickled Fermented Jalapeño Slices. They accompanied my grilled cheese sandwich (munster and sharp cheddar on whole wheat), while my mom and friends (Ben, Bret, and Nicole) accompanied me in the chat!
