This episode is about what I call a stuck day—when you’re trying to do everything “right,” but nothing clicks and you keep hitting roadblocks. I was having a major Stuck Day while recording this. Instead of spiraling or forcing it, I decided to treat the whole thing like a personal experiment.

I talk about:

• What a stuck day feels like for me, and the patterns I’ve noticed over time

• The tension between trying to “push through” and completely checking out

• An “Unstuck Protocol” I made up and tried

• A journaling method that helps me hear from a smarter, calmer version of myself

• What shifted once I took a step back, took care of myself and reflected on what wasn't working.

The Unstuck Protocol:

1. Take care of your physical body — eat, hydrate, stretch, bathroom. Whatever your body needs. Taking a walk is a great one!

2. Do something you actually want to do (even if it’s “off task.”) For me it was start recording this podcast!
