This week hosted our fellow podcaster Tucker on the podcast. He is an avid reader and podcast host of CULTURE CULT, a podcast focused on all things books. We had interesting conversations about the benefits of book reading and how to approach book reading as a book novice.
Have you ever been in nature staring at a great view and felt like you were a part of something bigger than yourself? Some might call this a sandwich moment. This week Perry and Sarah embark on a search to find the positive effects that nature can have on human's physical, mental, and spiritual health.
Here are some articles we mention in our podcast:

Sarah and Perry talk about the benefits and challenges to consistent living and how intention and balance help us in these endeavors.
We have some great conversation with Ben about the lessons he learned from running 200 miles. Why would someone do that to themselves?! Well, listen to find out! Also, it's his birthday so this episode is dedicated to Ben's mom going through the pains of birth so we could be inspired by his achievements!!
Sarah and Perry discuss what differentiates us, humans, from your pet dog. Nope, it's not that your dog is way cuter but that humans have the ability of self-awareness. Wow! I know! I can think about thinking! It's kinda a think-seption!
Sarah and Perry discuss fixed and growth mindsets and reveal some gems from Sarah's past.
Today we enjoyed the great sound of a pen lid being pulled off of a pen... and we had a discussion on the topic of Self-Compassion.
