In the current year, Right-Wing Curators of Hot Takes on the Internet have adopted an openly antagonistic posture toward Trump and his supporters, but is the juice worth the squeeze?

In spite (or even because) of everything, there hasn't been any love lost for Trump among most white ruralites. Is being right worth alienating yourself from the people you need to divide political labor with? Is alienation going to put you in a position to better steer that division of political labor?

I'm not sure there is a point at which the Federal government will ever stop trying to engineer a chilling effect for anyone who might seek to emulate Trump's style of demagoguery.

And while the ongoing lawfare is intended to demoralize, it may only serve to embolden those for whom the appeal of Trump is the degree to which he is perceived as being at odds with the Deep State.

The biggest surprise of the news cycle was that the FBI managed to arrest a child pornographer in the midst of all this, but it was probably just because he was edging in on their turf.

If there's one thing the queers like more than sexualizing the children of straight couples, it's killing them in utero.

Molochoids in Kansas rejoiced earlier this week following the failure of a ballot initiative that would have empowered the state legislature to prohibit abortion / ritual child sacrifice.

Kansas is considered to be a deep red state, but the initiative was voted down by a margin of 1.4:1. 300,000 mostly unaffiliated voters apparently all sided with 275,000 Democrats to defeat the proposal.

Seems legit, right?

In recent history, bouts of global inflation were often punctuated by large increases in the number of excess deaths. Many millions died throughout Europe and Asia during the 20th Century as a result of war and government-induced famine over a backdrop of runaway inflation.

Will the 21st Century be any different?

Will population reduction be achieved through war with China and Russia, or will we skip straight to the planned "New Bretton Woods" / "Great Reset" / currency reset under the pretext of avoiding such a war?

At any rate, I find it extremely hard to believe that China would actually shoot down Nancy Pelosi's plane...

Viktor Orban is teaching the world an important lesson.

He's done a lot for the Jewish community in the past. His government has official recognized Hungarian Jewry as part of the Hungarian national identity. He built a Holocaust museum. He imposed a zero-tolerance policy on antisemitism. He even borrows on the backs of unborn Ukrainians in order to pay reparations to Holocaust survivors.

Despite all of this, he still gets called antisemitic for pointing out that Hungarians don't want to be involuntarily miscegenated with Africans.

The expectation is that Hungarians surrender their own sense of ethnocentrism so that outgroups can have ethnocentric enclaves within Hungary.

Ole' Sue is using what is almost guaranteed to be her last term in Congress to twist the knife as hard as she can in the backs of her own constituents.

Not content with merely voting to impeach Trump, Senator Shakes-A-Lot has unveiled new legislation which will overhaul the Electoral Count of 1887 to prohibit single members of Congress from challenging slates of Presidential and Vice Presidential electors.

It almost seems like a tacit admission that there was no attempt to illegally overthrow the election...

Most of you probably already know that ball washers of the modern Russian Federation have long sought to rehabilitate the public image of the Russian government by distancing it from the communist and Soviet ideology which underpinned rule in the USSR.

What you might not have noticed is that they're trying to have it both ways.

In one moment, they argue the Russian Federation exists totally independent of its Soviet roots. In the next, they argue that the Russian Federation has the highest and best property claim to Baltic and Eastern European territories based on a chain of custody originating with... the USSR.

For this episode, we're going down the rabbit hole of tactical Soviet continuity in an attempt to answer the question: Did the Soviet Union really end?

I think I figured out why a large cross-section of the so-called "Dissident Right" won't touch the World Economic Forum's Great Reset with a ten foot pole, preferring instead to dismiss it as a baseless conspiracy theory:

Klaus Schwab is a Third Positionist, and the World Economic Forum is basically a red/brown alliance.
