1. How do receivers experience anger?
2. What does it feel like to be on the receiving end of recurring anger?
3. What is the impact of recurring anger?
Join me as I explore the receiver's experience of anger and their desire to leave the workplace or to avoid interaction with the angry person in any way possible.

This podcast will help you identify ways to avoid the anger related ‘nothing can stop me now’ belief.
Motives for anger vary from one person to another.
1. Motives can stem from childhood.
2. Motives can be rooted in our personality differences.
How can you avoid the ‘nothing can stop me now’ belief? Here are 4 ways to start.
1. Ask yourself the question. What was the most impacting incident in my childhood?
2. List the times when you were able to control your anger. Ask yourself the question. What was different then?
3. Is your anger so familiar to you (such as being part of your personality) that you don’t see it as anger?
4. Ask yourself the questions. Is my anger linked to substance abuse?
Enjoy!

We all get angry and frustrated sometimes. We all want to communicate something with our anger. The key question is whether we are actually communicating what we think we are.
In this podcast I explore five interpretations made of anger expressions by receivers or observers of anger. They are:
1. Did I really say that I'm like a child throwing a big tantrum?
2. Did I really say that I'm unprofessional?
3. Did I really say that I'm internally deficient?
4. Did I really say that I'm scary and dangerous?
5. Did I really say that you need to watch out for each other's wellbeing when you're around me?

2. Who do experts say gets angrier in the workplace?
