Look, me neither BUT on this week's episode of So, what's next?, we get to talk to the first woman to nail this in aerial skiing... welcome, Lydia Lassila! Lydia is a five time Olympic freestyle skier, competing at the 2002 Salt Lake City, 2006 Turin, 2010 Vancouver, 2014 Sochi and 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympic Games, taking gold at the 2010 and bronze at the 2014 Olympic games.
Lydia is also the Founder and Director at BodyICE, joint-specific heat and ice recovery packs , as well as their latest venture, ZONE, environmentally conscious yoga equipment.
Lydia also has a critically acclaimed documentary and book called, The Will to Fly, which you can bet I binge watched as soon as we finished the recording.
