TONY RUSSO is a local author, podcaster, and beer guy. On this episode, we reveal our first run at a live podcast (or one that was recorded live ) on August 12th. Tony switched chairs from co-host to guest while Jeffrey Smith filled in as co-host.

KIM KASH is a world-traveling freelance writer and author of the locally popular Jamie August novel series. Ocean City and its coastal environs are featured in her work, whether in guidebooks or her fiction novels or mystery plays.

JAMAAD GOULD is a local activist and writer from Salisbury, Maryland who is getting ready to publish his first novel, Uncivil Unity. Jamaad, a 2014 graduate from Bowie State University, hung out with us to talk about his passions for words and music.

BUD SCOTT is a flash fiction magician! He has been writing in the sci-fi, supernatural, and human interest genres for a many years while at the same time practicing the art of the esoteric.

BRYAN RUSSO is modern day Renaissance man - equal parts writer, musician, documentary filmmaker, and creative producer. He has won multiple awards for his journalistic work and continues to share the stage with major musical acts.

Andy Nunez is a local historian and chronicler of weird, unknown, and spooky tales. A Delmarva native, he is an avid treasure hunter and a fan of the sci-fi and pulp fiction genres, which perhaps bleeds into his work about treasures, pirates, & ghosts.

DENISE CLEMONS is a food author from Lewes, Delaware. Her new book, “A Culinary History of Southern Delaware” (History Press, 2016) is coming out in early August. She gave us a little taste (pun intended) of her work when she stopped by to chat with us.

ANN FOLEY of Dogwood Ridge Books and author of several local history books hung out with us to discuss the days of old on Elliott’s Island. Ann’s work is equal parts non-fiction and preservation.

COTY POYNTER is an indie poet from Baltimore, Maryland. Coty takes the honor of being our first poet AND our first guest to come from a long distance to sit down with us.

JOSH DAVIS, reporter and editor with the Ocean City Today, hung out with us last week to discuss journalism, fiction, and balancing the two. Josh is from Berlin, Maryland, and has three published works, the last two with Pretend Genius Press.
