Steph is that elite athlete with a down-home flavor for helping anyone regardless of their athletic ability, body type, or exercise history, step into the strength, capability, confidence, and joy that the CrossFit journey consistently provides. I’m so inspired by her passion for creating a community of fit people, and the loving ease that she provides for people who might be feeling a little intimidated by fitness standards, exercising in general, and particularly in the CrossFit methodology.
