Christine and Kim discuss the events and aftermath of the traumatic ax attack on that fateful in 1977. What happens after to the two survivors as they both struggle to recover--both in their own way.  Fifteen years after the attack - in 1992 - Terri returns to Central Oregon to find answers and learns why no one has ever been charged with the crime. She connects with a community and finds allies in those still deeply impacted by the events of that night and learn they might hold the secret to who did it-- a 17 year-old local boy known for his meticulous dress and violent behavior.
