Happy National Recovery Month! In honor of Recovery, I wanted to take some time to share my addiction and sobriety story, but I also wanted to explore what addiction is, some facts on addiction, and the benefits of being sober. Maybe you or someone you know has or is struggling with addiction? Maybe you just want to know more about what addiction is? My goal is to remove the stigma that surrounds addiction because I truly believe that it can affect ANYONE. Let's go ahead and hop on to it!
