Hired Gun Solutions was created by Ex-Infusionsoft Employee Kelsey Bratcher in September of 2013.

I left Infusionsoft by choice to pursue my passion for entrepreneurship and to solve greater challenges that small businesses face. For over 5 years I have been providing solutions to Infusionsoft Customers as an Infusionsoft Consultant to automate and grow their businesses through sales and marketing.

During that time I have worked with over 1,000 small businesses to buy, implement, and use Infusionsoft to grow. I have over 12,000 hours using the software as an Infusionsoft Consultant and working with small business owners. Director of Operation: Georgi Manker Stokes, CATC

Prior to Cycles of Change Recovery Services, Georgi Manker-Stokes was Director of Operations at DFLRS for the past five years has worked her way through the ranks. Georgi is a Registered Addiction Counselor for the state of California and a Certified Nurses’ Assistant. Previous to working in the AOD field, she has spent over 15 years in the hospitality industry and finance industry.

Georgi was born in Japan, has traveled the world, is fluent in English, German, and some French. She believes that through her travels early on in life, she now possesses a deeper understanding of the many different cultures and traditions that each ethnicity holds. Georgi is truly a care advocate for each of her clients and always make her available not only for the client but for their family as well. Georgi has made helping her fellow addict/alcoholic her life’s work.

Baqi Martin, LCSW is the Director of Clinical Services at Clearfork Academy LLC, a male-only Faith centered residential treatment center for adolescent located in of Fort Worth, Texas.

He has devoted his career to serving and working with children, youth and families. Through his years of specialized experiences, it has equipped him with a wealth of knowledge precise & unique to skills effective for working with children and adolescent. He has spent countless years developing clinical programming, drafting curriculums, beneficial to working with this population which he is passionate about.

His continued education and training has developed a passion for serving at-risk youth and their families. These passions brought him to a place of enjoyment in sharing these skills and strategies with others in the field.

Georgia is a Clinical Hypnotherapist and specialist in Voice Dialogue Theory. I work with clients 121 in my various clinics and around the world via my books and virtual programmes.

She is a specialist on several emotional topics: intimacy, over drinking, over eating, infertility, public speaking anxiety, and performance anxiety for musicians.

She is from Australia and she made the UK the base for her work more than 22 years ago. She has been widely featured in media around the world.
