UK Football coaches looking to work abroad once the market re-opens a few helpful tips before you take the plunge!
- Find out how long the business has been in operation!
- Connect with previous employees going back at least 3 years!
- Has the company changed names over the years, if so why?
- What happens to your pay if operations are stopped due to COVID?
- Be careful to move without a full working visa and not a tourist visa.
- Ask for a detailed breakdown of your benefits!
- Be specific in the expected working hours and tasks!
Be brave in asking detailed questions about everything involved in the role and don't leave no stone unturned.
