Social entrepreneurship is the process of pursuing innovative solutions to social problems. More specifically, social entrepreneurs adopt a mission to create and sustain social value. We as part of the human race has an inherent role to serve mankind. Murphy Lum is the Chief Executive Coach & Leader Developer at People Coaching Works. He started The SEED Project and the mission is to develop and nurture socially aware and responsible youthful individuals from the able community as well as the needy community (as an inclusive platform of opportunities) to become holistic and insightful social entrepreneurs. The approach is via experiential and discovery learning as opposed to the conventional, classroom driven ones. Hopefully with these opportunities to "learn-how-to-fish-EXPERIENTIALLY" the able community can work hand-in-hand with the needy community to create social businesses that effectively serves the greater good of mankind.
