This is what I know. There are some amazing AI powered chat systems and there are some shockers.
Hereâs what they need to do.
First, your ad copy and call to action needs to hit the target
Second, your chatbot needs to effectively engage a potential seller or buyer lead to the point where they are able to receive contact information.
And Third your bot needs to create an appointment for you to meet with them.
Obviously, the AI power behind this is having these three things happen by remote control and totally without your input because you are otherwise busy doing blue dollar actions like signing an offer or listing a property for sale.
To dig deeper on this, I called up my old friend Steve Stahl who is not only a great guy, heâs something of an authority in the AI chatbot space.
