Since we moved to a four day working week at Social Brighton we've been really keen to learn about how we can work smarter, rather than longer. As a small, busy company it's important we make the most of each working day, that our team is energised and focused on the most important tasks.
This podcast contains some great productivity tips that we've found have helped us become more efficient with our time. We talk through working in intervals, mono tasking, health and wellness, planning and prioritising and how frogs and laminated animals have helped us!
