In honor of Mother's day approaching, this episode we have the chance to sit and talk with my girl @parris_riley. We talk about our entry and new experiences with Motherhood. From being labeled "Geriatric" or Old in our beginning phase of pregnancy to letting time pass us by and understanding the changes of our bodies physically and mentally. 

It was also enlightening to hear the experience that Parris went through with giving birth through the pandemic. Also the effects the pandemic had with mothering through the different stages of a baby, newborn, and an infant.

With the summer approaching it's important to not just fall into the idea of getting summer time fit but preparing for a healthier lifestyle. 

In this episode I am joined by a nutritional coach/trainer Delvin Breeden. We are talking about ways to make changes in the way we are active and also to the foods we eat. It is a discussion on simple ways to move in the direction of being a healthier you. 

Let's become informed and let's take action to do it!

In this episode we have a discussion on what is generational wealth and what does it look like for us. We also are informed on different ways to set up investments for our children to prepare them for financial leverage when they become adults. There were so many great things talked about around children and preparing them for their future whether that is money, the power of being knowledgeable, or being social/emotionally ready to do its due diligence in this world. This episode can be referenced as a starting point for our children when they are older then pass on to their children and so on. Creating new cycles in generations to come!

In this episode we discuss the age difference between two couples. We talk about the effects of coming from different generations and what that might look like within their relationship. 

But, no matter the conversation of the differences of the born year, you can still hear about the creation of beautiful love stories. 

Can you imagine going back to nursing school as a mature adult to get your degree and license in nursing. Then to get a job offer and be placed in the craziest part of a hospital facility, might I add in the middle of the pandemic. 

Listen to Trina's story, how she was a teen mom, went back to nursing school as an adult. graduate in the middle of Covid-19, then work a Covid unit as her new job as a new nurse.
