Coming off the coldest week of our lives, the IRSPNSBL crew link up to tell you how South Texans handled alittle bit of alotta ice.  Tina tries to bring chill to a woman's resting bitch face.  Mavriq tries to shake and shiver off the mother of his kids.  Hey3 is too strong too slide through the city for help. And KK just freezes.  Also, the Heathens gave the IRSPNSBL crew some insight on love being earned or given as well as if dating yourselves would be something you would do.  Having the crew back is love so come and join in on the conversation d@mn it........

This is where we get into our bag.  We say join the conversation and on the B-SIDE is where the conversation is had.  Our special guest, AJ the Queen, opens up questioning self reflection vs cultural appropriation.  The IRSPNSBL crew ponder over being pro-black and dating white and also feminism and how it effects the american household.  And as always, Mavriq and AJ get into a passionate exchange involving semantics, effective communication, and accountability.  Here is where the conversations occur so make sure you join in.

Words are known to be a powerful tool.  In one breath, you can ignite a war merely from words muttered and in that very next exhale, you can bring about peace.  The IRSPNSBL crew has never been a stranger when it comes to words.  We also understand that it is not only our words that matter but the "context" that holds all the weight.  So wether Tina says "F&ck 'em!!" or Hey3 recited a sexy story just remember that if it is not for you then do not make it about you.  Now that we got that out the way, your ears should be ready to listen to the IRSPNSBL crew discuss things from sissy hand shakes to the black origins of famous sayings.  We also play a game of Culture Tag with special guest AJ the Queen.

Not all boys' nights are at bible study groups or saving kittens from trees.  Sometimes we like to cut up and let it hang, our thoughts that is.  And as Tina R.I.P.s (Rest in Pumps) on her night off, the IRSPNSBL crew adds some Chivalry and fun to our cast.  When men council we only look to heal and uplift one another.  And in doing so we discussed topics of twerking on the gram, having private conversations in the comfort of your home when words like n!gg@ are involved, the limits and loyalty of a side piece (we were not really too sure how to discuss this side piece deal cause as the world knows, black men do not cheat).  We were also questioned as to if we would feel comfortable having a woman proposed to us, if we would marrying wealthy or if there is a need of being financially sound to support a family, and how feminism has changed the roles of the households we attempt to create.  This is an earful and we all will need a shot after this one...a shot of cranberry juice that is.

Having that community talk can be an emotionally draining ordeal.  It is also interesting to see how mixed company responds to these issues of the black community, but it is even more fascinating as to how the black community embraces ourselves in accordance to those same issues.  There has been a major disconnect from the American Eurocentric influences to our own Afro American culture.  What we are told about a national standard of beauty and what our own cultural identity is are not closely related and we will NOT allow that vision to skew our own true beauty.  No matter if you view hair by different levels of good or if you are happy to be nappy, you are still gorgeous.  No matter if your color represents a greater struggle than another of whom is lighter, you are still strength.  Your black is bold and your description unlike any other is NOT negative but only uniquely different and owned by only YOU.  There is no "ism" strong enough to coddle you and no code switching that will ever misrepresent who you are.  Join in the conversation as the IRSPNSBL crew decides to have these tough talks amongst mixed company and..... you know what, just listen for yourself.

5.  Women and men marry for things other than love.

6.  Kids meals are not ordered as appetizers or dessert on first dates.

7.  Men are over initiating sex so please go down first...men wont say NO!!

8.  Obama and Trump are identically different.

9. Generation curses might have affected both sides of the slavery era in America.

When the IRSPNSBL crew discusses the bar's closing call success of "over set" men and women you know you will be in for a treat.  The IRSPNSBL crew also mentioned their weekly routines stretching from purchasing coochie band-aids for newly menstruating child, to voices being recognized from 1500 miles away, to prison releases being more important than graduations.  We also carved out some time to create a slow jam playlist for all the consenting adults so make sure you check apple music for our R&B selections.  And in a heated exchange, Mavriq and Tina Cuhh go deep into their bags about the normalization of expectations vs wants in reference to dating.  And boy did they go deep in they bags on this one.  Make sure you listen in cause this episode is an instant classic.  Lastly, the crew would like to thank David for his call and take on colorism in the hispanic community and a special thanks to vodka and the Buffalo Bills for winning and allowing KK to once again grace the world with his hilarious commentary.

This week, the IRSPNSBL Crew will uncover a few truths.  First truth is under the most extreme of circumstances would our guy, Great Value Diddy, let a Cabana Boy save him or drown?!  You have to listen to the scenario though.  Second truth is "dating" really is not the same for everyone regardless what the Webster Dictionary states.  And boy was Mavriq shocked.  We also learned that some MAGA HATTERS just do NOT get IT and regardless of their heart, and a very heated conversation with the IRSPNSBL Crew, they probably never will.  And the excuses....just listen to the conversation with a friend of the show, you can even hear the blood pressure of Tina rise.  And the last truth is that sex embarrassments happen and that some of us have more than other.

"WZUP 2021!!"  Loan us your ears as we bring in the new year with some great conversation.  Normally, the IRSPNSBL crew get a tad bit thrown off by Damian's, aka Mavriq the devil's advocate, crazy comments and wild viewpoints.  This week is no different.  Damian tries to speak about dating, and per usual no able human should listen to him.....like ever.  Later we discuss issues of self-worth for the children as well as parenting.  FDK!!

With 2020 on its last leg, the IRSPNSBL crew choose to close out the year with memories of the all-time top Texas hip-hop songs.  As normal, what started out as a makeshift Top 10, ended up as a jam session.  Makes you wonder who had the best Texas rap; Dallas or Houston?  After our small party we tell 2020 to kiss our @ss.  Covid-19, Kobe and Chadwick's untimely death, Trump and his red hatters, are all what the IRSPNSBL crew send out while we wait patiently for a good ole 2021.
