Join us for our first two-part episode about Alcatraz, one of the most famous prisons in the country. I know most of us have all seen The Rock and Shawshank Redemption, portraying fictional characters breaking out of the prison.

Some of the supposed facts that have come out are pretty wild. We couldn't possibly go  into everything, even if we did many more episodes. It's such an interesting subject for us and we can't wait to finish it up for you all!

Hey Tater Tots!

Do you love chicken? So do we. Lyn watched the new Lifetime movie about Colonel Sanders love interest. I did not. I refused to watch it - the thought terrifies me. Listen in while she tells me about it, though. Based on my reaction when she was telling me about it tells me all I need to know about attempting to actually watch it.

And, you know, the leak of the Colonel's recipe for his chicken breading used to be a fireable and even legally actionable offense. It may still be, but there are thousands of "copy cat" recipes out there that are extremely similar to each other. Have you made any of this KFC "original recipe" chicken breading? Let us know!
