Crosstalk: It could be various aspects of your own consciousness interacting, it could be between you and someone else while one of you or both are caught up in your ideas about things, or it could be between two people you are observing. When you find you are distressed, you could go under it. Move into your five senses and drop into awareness of your body. It’s not about feeling comfortable, it’s about being present. You could go over it; rest in the nature of alaya, the very nature of consciousness.
