One this week’s RIPEcast we’ve got another thumpin set of bass n breaks. This one’s from Space Cowboy’s very own DJ Sol, recorded live on 1/1/23 at the Breakfast of Champions + It’s A New Day New Year’s Day Block Party in San Francisco. Here’s what Sol had to say about the party and the mix:

"It's nearly impossible to describe the energy and vibe when you walk into this event, but you are instantly transported into a space of amazing people, love and music from every direction. Hugs and high-fives all day long. After weeks of torrential rains the only day without rain amazingly enough was New Year's Day! The sun was shining and the weather was sweet, it made you want to move your dancin feet. Playing at High Noon on the Wild West Stage was a blast! I started the set off with some Tech-y House and worked into some Bass and Breaks, then finally tag teaming a portion of the next set with my homie Shizzla!
