Representing the Art Makers INC of NYC, Jane Weissman spoke to the Sold Crew next. Her organization paints annually at this event to bring social justice issues to the streets, and give voice to young local artists. This year's mural focused on the March for Our Lives protest against gun violence, an issue we covered earlier this year as well with a piece by Emma Gordon-Levine on Danielle Mastrion's Emma's Eyes mural.

Welling Court Mural Project celebrated its 9th year of public art this weekend, and "In The Spray Room" was there for the 1st time. Many members of the Sold Crew have been coming to this event for years, so to participate even more felt so good. We were set up directly across from JPO's gate, and coincidentally recorded 9 episodes! We didn't start out slow either. Right out of the gate, we sat down with ZIMAD, local resident and supplier of electricity Lorelai, and our 2nd Dutch Master on the podcast, Michel Velt. All 3 episodes are ready for your ears. As Saturday, June 9th 2018 wore on, the Sold Crew was getting tired. But the one and only St. Louis stencil artist, Peat Wollaegher AKA Eyez was up next, and he brought the energy they needed.
