Much of the content in this episode is taken from Saint Peter Alcantara’s excellent work “A Golden Treatise on Mental Prayer” and discusses how to get going with mental prayer and sources of meditations. This is an essential daily practice in the quest for spiritual perfection and holiness, without which it will be far harder to embrace the crosses God sends us, the crosses that will draw us closer to Him and sanctification.
