In this episode I answer some questions about myself. My younger cousin Isabel who’s in 8th grade reached out and told me she wanted to ask me some personal questions that she thought might help her in some areas where she is struggling or was just curious about. I also spend some time with her discussing mindset. She opens about how her negative thoughts and bad habits are making her very unhappy. I’m hoping in our discussion, she was able to hear some helpful tips.

We go into detail of how Bobby’s confidence was formed. His lowest point in Junior High and what he did to change what he didn’t like about himself. You also get to hear directly from Bobby on what his experience was like working for our sponsor Legacy Installation.

Crystal and I were asked some questions about our relationship. In this episode we answer questions like, how we first met, how we handle our finances as a couple and how communication can be problematic. Lack of communication was a big one, it almost ended our relationship!

Junior just turned 18 and has been working with our company Legacy Installation for a month. With in that month he has been late and even missed a couple of days. Although we want to provide young men with opportunities to earn and learn work ethic we also have a business to run. Due to Junior’s actions we did have to suspend him from being put on the schedule. This meeting was to set some goals for him to meet in order to give him another chance to stay on our team.

Richard talks about him starting to work at a very young age. What it felt like to be 15 and find out he would be a dad. We go into detail of how having a solid work ethic creates so much opportunity! Also how Rich told his soon to be baby mama (now his wife Samantha) that they needed to take a “brake” before the baby was born (my god daughter Elena).
