Today on the podcast, I discuss the gift of loving yourself without conditions. We are all imperfect beings, yet, we live life with all of these stories that we need to be perfect. Or beliefs: "I will be loveable when...". Accepting the gifts of our imperfections gives us freedom to be our authentic self. We get to live our lives from an empowered place because we love all aspects of ourselves.
