Hello sweets. The other night I read a beautiful quote on my friend Emily(@eatwithcare)'s Instagram. They're words attributed to a yoga teacher of hers, I believe, so sadly I cannot credit fully the speaker. But, in any case, it went like this:

"What we do not realize is what we are most often lonely for is our own loving. There is a beautiful creature that hides inside of you; this someone needs your nurturing, your caring."

Reading this made me reflect on my own journey with loneliness, with self-love. And so, here, I share that with you, along with tools that you can takeaway to use in your own homecoming, if you feel called to do so.
