Michelle is the CEO of the association and in this episode we talk about how effectively telling your company's story can really help to attract and retain more high quality talent.

This is a topic I'm very passionate about, which isn't surprising considering what my company does. But I truly love this industry and at the minute we have people leaving in droves.  I believe we need to do a lot more to attract people to our companies, we need to do a lot more to retain people at our companies and the natural byproduct of being able to do this will just be an overall boost in interest in our industry.

I really enjoyed chatting with Michelle,  she's a really interesting woman she shared a lot of value and wisdom in this episode, I think you're going to get a lot out of it so let's get into the show.
