The Respectfully Selfish Podcast is back!  What is your new normal?!

Whats up everyone!? I have some exciting news! I have teamed up with a good friend of mine to discuss Respectfully Selfish topics! We are called "The Zen Heads".  I am crazy excited to merge these two projects together and create a super helpful platform!

I have f*cked up so many times in my life that i decided to tell you alitte bit about it. Most importantly I tell you what I have learned from it all and why i am wearing a christmas sweater and a pink bandana in May.

On this weeks episode we talk about what you arent doing.  You're not being selfish.  Let's take a look at how you can become more selfish during this time of isolation and become a better you...all while helping those around you!

Quarantine got you in a funk?  Heres what i am trying to do to get out of it.  Let me kow what your strategy is and maybe we can combine powers.  Become a quarantine super hero or something.  Could be neat. 

Guys and girls, please just use common sense during this time.  I am finding it hard to be respectful when I hear of the things people are doing/not doing right now.  Common. Sense. Please.

Everyone's a critic.  Everyone has their opinion.  However, so do you.  Your opinion about yourself and what you are accomplishing should outweigh any one else's opinions on you.  Let's start appreciating ourselves.
