NCAA veteran basketball coach Pat Sullivan takes the lessons he learned during forty-four years of successfully building athletic teams to teach business leaders practical skills in business management. His motivational and public speaking resume includes engagements at IBM and Nike, Notre Dame’s “Play Like a Champion” program, as well as Chicago-area businesses and professional associations. He also enjoys bringing his messages on leadership and motivation to companies and organizations in Wisconsin, Indiana and throughout Illinois. In 2010, Pat retired after 34 years as a teacher and men’s basketball coach at the University of St. Francis in Joliet, Ill. Armed with more than 500 victories at USF, Pat led his team to first- or second-place finishes in the Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference (CCAC) 15 times in an 18-year period and advanced to the NAIA National Tournament in 1994 and 1996. His proudest accomplishment at St. Francis is having seen 172 of his 176 basketball-playing seniors graduate.
